Who We Are
Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) is an independent non-profit institution committed to advancing Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah’s vision of empowering teachers, supervisors and principals with the skills, recognition, and support necessary to excel at both the classroom and school levels. QRTA was launched under the patronage of HM Queen Rania Al Abdullah in June 2009 in partnership with Teachers College (TC) of Columbia University, and the Columbia University Middle East Research Center (CUMERC).
